Lack of quality control on defected clothing.

I recently ordered a dress from Superbalist, and when I received it, to my absolute disappointment, the dress had a big stain in the front. If the clothes had been properly checked for defects, before they left the warehouse this would not have happened. Additionally, if you log a return and refund, you have to wait 5-7 days for feedback and then only the refund will get processed which mean you will have to wait another x amount of days to receive your refund. This is extremely disappointing service from a online shopping store like Superbalist. I won't be ordering from them again.
