LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - CUSTOMER CARE UNREACHABLE

I am not happy with the lack of customer service from Superbalist. I placed an order from them for the first time and sadly I highly doubt I will make the mistake of ordering from them again. My order was due today and I received a call from the Takealot driver saying that they got the wrong address and he will return my order. I only got a message from Superbalist saying that my order had been delayed and when I checked the status online - it says that my address was insufficient and I should contact their customer conceirge but there is absolutely no way of getting hold of them via phone or email and the online option is not working. :(
