Lack of communication and delivery date issues

Very bad service, they dont keep you updated on order progress, a person makes arrangements to be around to receive delivery and order/s don't come, a person must phone around to find out what is going on, they give dates that your things will be delivered on a certain date and when that date comes Nothing! Then I must phone and email to find out what's going on etc.. Made the process of getting new gear very unpleasant, will rather take my business elsewhere, really not nice to be messed around :(
