Lack of accountability.

This is a disclaimer. Got reminded a year ago today I purchased an expensive Guess handbag that was huge and came to me in a tiny box. When I cut open the box with my box cutter it ripped the front of my bag. The agents did not want to refund my bag and did not even bother to investigate the matter. I deleted my app but still a year later get ads from them which is annoying. Please delete my details from your marketing department. R2000 gone. Becareful ladies and gents!
