Josh is the best!

I ordered six prints from Superbalist. All arrived except one. The canister had been tampered with and the print was missing.<br> <br> I immediately sent Superbalist an email reporting the missing print and Josh responded within half an hour. He asked for photo's of the canister so that the case could be investigated.<br> <br> I sent the photo's. Josh called me the next day to again apologise for the incident and informed me that another print would be sent to me within five days and it was!<br> <br> Josh was amazing!
