Items not sealed and unsatisfactory service

Upon receiving ghe itrms i purchased .The ond item was not sealed.I called the help desk 4 times today and eventually got through and chatted to a lady ,who said she will get her supervisor to call me ,waited an hour still didn't (Your reference number is #***0) advised her that the swimwear i received was not sealed.Also that upon odering the ,Mind of freedom bralette - black,the description states that the swimwear is a 2 piece ,matching bottom and i only received the bottom which was opened before receiving it. I Called logged returns and still waiting for feedback, unsatisfied with the service?extremely disappointing
