Items not delivered but took payment

I placed an order on the 20th April 2023 , order number ***6 It was a white polo takkie that I had bought for an event which I needed now Saturday past the 29th April 2023, I received no phone calls what’s so ever , no one signed for my package yet to my surprise I have a delivered email stating that the package was delivered on the 24th April 2023 Monday I emailed in the same evening asking where my parcel has been delivered to , I went by the neighbours on both sides and opposite neighbour and non of them received the parcel , I didn’t get a response so I called in the next day asking where the package is , the lady provided me with a reference number ***1 stating that she will be in touch 24 hours I heard nothing back and called again the Friday 29th April and was told by Zolieka.D that she will treat it as a matter of urgency and I still haven’t heard back I called today again and spoke to another lady by the name of Asive.D she said on the call she will get back to me by Close of business today the 3rd of march We currently in the second week with no shoe and not even following process correctly or in a timely manner How disappointing I will never shop again on Superbalist and I want the full refund Disgusted in the service
