Item Return Rejected

After buying an item from Superbalist I started getting a skin irritation. It took me while pin point the cause of my skin irritation. I finally was able to linked it to the item I bought. I requested a return of the item, and they sent me from post to pillar email. Then they rejected my request saying that I was lying. They the worst capitalist retailer!!
