Item delivered was shattered into pieces

I ordered on a standing planter. The clay pot was shattered into pieces, the product was poorly wrapped. This was very disappointing as I was really looking forward to this Black Friday deal. No exchange or replacement as the item was sold out. The only positive was the speedy delivery , ordered on Friday and delivered on Sunday.
