Is Superbalist really part of Takealot and are they going bankrupt as I cannot reach them?

This is my 2nd Review for Superbalist. Are they really part of TakeAlot? Can someone tell me if they are busy going bankrupt and are on purpose no longer doing exchanges and not answering their phones or responding to emails? I am really concerned. They delivered the wrong item to me a second time in a row after confirming to me via email that they have checked and it is the correct item this time. They keep apologizing, but nobody is doing anything about it
