Is black friday sales a ****

Placed an order on black friday Sale, great deal 70% off got my delivery date 2nd December, role around to the 2nd and after no contact for delivery, I followed up around the 3rd December and was told my order was lost in transit but they reordered for me and I changed delivery address ALL SORTED. Two days later I get a notification my order was canceled due to no stock and an auto refund was done on their side. I go onto their website and there are both the items still in stock !!!! I queried this and advised they will escalate, now no one is getting back to me. Are superbalist trying to get out of their BLACK FRIDAY SALE items. I've been given the run around and told there is nothing I can do.
