Inefficient service

Ordered a product and It first got delivered to the wrong distribution hub so had to wait a week longer for it ti be delivered. When it got delivered it was broken and had to send it back. I then ordered the product again and the same thing happened, when the product arrived there were no *****s in the bow. I phoned the call centre to see how we can resolve this and the call agent was not speaking to me, sounded like she was taking care of a crying new born baby in the back ground. Superbalist is very inefficient and the service is below par.
