Incorrect Sizing, waste of time to process collections and refunds.

Incorrect Sizing displayed on website. On Thursday 18 Jun I contacted Superbalist to confirm the sizing guidance provided for children's shoes. The sizing was confirmed and I placed the order. Upon deliver there is a 3 cm difference between the sizing displayed on the website and the actual product. In children's sizes this denotes 7 sizes larger than the size ordered.
