Incorrect Sizing on Products and no resolution

Poor service from Daniel Theunissen and superbalist team. On Friday 10th I reported an issue with regards to a pair of girls Wellington boots which were sized as a kiddies 9.5 but were actually a 6.5... I even sent pictures as proof that the shoe was clearly incorrectly sized. I have been trying to get the superbalist team to look into this, but instead I'm getting the run around... Daniel theunissen even went as far as to request that I measure my daughter's foot as if I don't know my own child's shoe size (I did it anyway) ... Guess what I'm still waiting for a phone call or resolution.... Very disappointing service indeed... Daniel theunissen does not care about customers and I will keep complaining about this service on every platform until I get a proper response and resolution...
