Incorrect shoe size delivered 4 times

I purchased 2 different styles of Havaianas (Shoes) at size 9-10. Both of these shoes arrived at size 11-12. I had 3 exchanges done and the incorrect size arrived each time. I eventually had to give up and request a refund. I lost what I paid on delivery, I lost over 3 weeks trying to sort it out and I lost out on the special that these shoes were sold at. The only positive was the helpful Connie Mphela, who arranged the refunds on my behalf and was helpful in providing information on the issue. The 2 stars are hers, Superbalist.com gets 0.
