Incorrect order twice

I purchased two sneakers on blackfriday, a Adidas and a fila sneaker. To my suprise,i received a puma and a pair of fila sneakers i than requested an exchange for the puma sneakers since my order was incorrect. Only for me to receive superga sneakers. How do they send me the wrong order twice,this is unacceptable. This is my first time buying from superbalist and i am very disappointed at their customer services,i still havent received any feedback regarding my exchange
