Incorrect order sent THREE times

I placed an order on the 4th of August for my wedding shoes. Received it on the 11th of August and it was wrong (ordered black and received white). Sent it back for an exchange. Received the order again on the 19th of August - still the incorrect colour (they sent white again). Sent it back for an exchange. The new order was out for delivery on 30th August - it was sent to the wrong Depot - I was blamed by the driver for not being available to collect (Should have been delivered in Rosebank but was sent to Randburg) The new order was out for delivery on 31th August - it was sent to the wrong Depot AGAIN (Edenvale this time) Order was finally delivered on 1st September. The wrong colour was sent for the THIRD time!!! Do you not have a quality control to check products before being sent out? These are my wedding shoes - I need them in order to finish my dress - the length can't be cut to size with out the shoes as I need to be measured with the shoes on!
