Incorrect order delivered

I have always bought stuff from you guys and today, I am just angry . I have ordered POP Candy ligh sneaker Pink for girls size 11 and you deliver size 10. When I order the sneaker was still available and now I cannot do exchange as it is sgowing sold out. My order history says size 11, yes mistakes happens. Please check if you have not delivered my size 11 to somone who ordered size 10.

I did call customer service now and spoke to Taryn (***) She still did not help me but spend more time telling me that it is sold out. Who can order size 11 and you guys deliver 10 knowing it is sold out. That is what she said. where I was telling her they probably shipped to someone who ordered 10 or it is still lying in the warehouse. Please can you send the driver to come get the size 10 and bring my size 11. My kids both wanted this and now if only one have it, unfortunately it will be an issue from my side.

I am not satisfied as a customer that has ben ordering from you, I have not heard any feedback from you and Taryn is ignoring my email. Right now if you credit the wrong one that was shipped by you when I buy another one who will be accountable for delivery. The is a similar sneaker that is size 11.5 that you can swap but you not looking at those options. Remember this is all your faulty, I order something while it was still on sctock and you deliver something that I did not order, am I a full that you'd think I wont see that the size is wrong or is that how you decided to operate this time. This is pure disrepect as I have two kids one is not happy because you decided to swap my order and not even taking responsibility of your actions. You can swap with size 11.5 below but I am not gonna be responsbile for the short fall.

Worse Taryn decided to just ignore my email, this is disrespect I am telling you. I am the one who is sitting with a crying baby. I have done my part please resolve this issue or you must juts pick all the product you delivered yeaterday.
