INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED

I made an order for following day delivery since I wanted to wear the item on weekend, package came and I was happy only to find out its a female trouser 🤬 , now they telling me they can't deliver my cap that I orderd they must 1st fetch this item and take it for approval, what can possible go wrong its an incorrect item shipped by them, the system is pathetic, now I must wait for a whole week for item that was supposed to be a express shipping This is very disappointing from them.
