Incorrect item shipped 3 times over!

Incorrect item shipped on 9 December 2020 order *** and exchanged twice (orders ***9 and ***4) with the incorrect item still being shipped. I even called to confirm that the last order is the correct item with request #***9 but the wrong item was sent.
