Incorrect item received and incorrect refund

Superbalist is the worst online company to deal with. They delivered the incorrect item to me, they then booked a return of the item and refunded me the incorrect amount. After querying it with them no one has responded to the numerous emails I have sent. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
