INCORRECT ITEM DELIEVERD AND CORRECT ITEM NOT RECEIVED!!!!

I am extremely disappointed, I ordered jeggings on black Friday, the Sunday my order came but there was someone else expensive sneakers delivered to me instead of my ordered item!!!! I am trying to return them and get my order but its such a long tedious process, I have sent the images and delivery information being the honest person I am but not really getting assistance. please can someone assist by bringing me my item in exchange for the item which was delivered incorrectly. The incorrect item is in the box and must be collected immediately, but they must bring my jeggings at the same time, I will not wait a week, obviously I ordered it for a reason!!!
