Incorrect item and missing items on delivery

Can someone please sort out my return because this service that im getting from you is not on. I placed an order and it came with 2 missing items and an incorrect pair of shoes. The consultant that was helping me logged a return which was collected now im made to run around to get my correct order. This is beyond annoying
