Inconvenienced order not received and now Cancelled

If only there is a half a star, I have never been this angry yerrrr, I placed an order this Superbalist last week, astimated date to collect was the 6th, and went to takealot here in New Germany/Pinetown, to collect on the 7th I was told my order is there but only 1 order is missing, it will arrive that day of which it was Tuesday, left the, sent an email to Superbalist was assisted by a Lady called Nadine, thought she knew what she is talking about, I waited because she told me I must wait, then today I’m receiving an email saying my order has been cancelled my money will be refunded because I did not collect my order, ******* and in calculating it’s not 6days as yet, went in there today again with my petrol, I was told I can not be given my parcel coz it’s cancelled I want my money today not in 5days I’m am fuming with anger right now, I will never ever shop from them and I will tell every1 I know that they r Not are right, period
