Inconsistent communication

I'm sooo irritated about Superbalist ND there clueless customer support. I placed an order to which I auto filled my details, then I was told that my order was sent to the wrong courier company, and it'll take some more days to come through. I had auto filled an old contact number that I went and rectified after the order was placed. I called them , they told me that they did try to contact me , but couldn't find me, and in any case my parcel was sent to the wrong courier company and that they were trying to tell me this. THAT I MUST expect the order 3 days later., I have been waiting, to only get an email saying that they went canceled the order.
