Inconsiderate and poor customer service with no service recovery

I am not happy with the service I am getting from Superbalist, extermly poor. Order number ***8 I ordered G-Star jean size W34 L32 and instead W36 L32 was delivered. I then requested an exhange and today I received order number ***4 and to my suprise still wrong size is delivered. On the system is clear, I ordered Size W34 L32 but you keep on delivering a wrong Size which is 36. At first I understood it could be an error but for the second time? This is really poor customer service at its best. Thulani Mkrola
