Incomplete order

am beyond disappointed with SUPERBALIST. I don't even know what to say. Order was received and was incomplete bare in mind this is a gift . the shoes were omitted in the box and the person only received a big box with just a watch . This shows that orders are not checked before being delivered . This is so disappointing
