Incomplete order

Good day. I am appalled by the unprofessional "service" l have received from them. The order came incomplete. I ordered the Misguided Ribbed jumper and midi skirt. Only the jumper was delivered and this is supposed to be a set. What am l supposed to do without the skirt. This was a time sensitive order. My emails are currently met with automated replies . How can you suspend client service at a time such as this ? Despite the fact that we are at level 3 lockdown their communication service to clients remains at level 5 with no feedback. In my opinion this is not service but disservice.
