Ordered on the 8/7 . Received communication that I will receive my order on the 14th before 7 pm, on tracking my parcel I find it was lost in transit. I called superbalist and they promised to rectify it , minutes later an agent calls and promise on the 15/07 before 5pm I would have gotten my order. I have since not received it and there is no communication whatsoever from their side, I should be the one calling them again. I will never buy with them
