Worst experience ever with Superbalist. I bought some items on their site on black Friday and made a payment using my card, the transactions went through twice from my bank account but there was something wrong with their system. It's been 3 weeks and they still haven't given me a refund instead I just get excuses everytime I call. You can't trust this site with your card payment because they really do not know what their doing...the finance team is unprofessional and they seem to want to not help you if the matter is difficult. This is a terrible online shopping platform and people should rather go to the actual shops at least they have accountability.
