***********- Nkadi Moloto Take Alot driver

Utterly disgusted in the service provided by one of take alot drivers on behalf of Superbalist.

Driver Nkadi Moloto called at 11:12am to confirm my availability- which I indicated I am only available till 13:00 pm.

She indicated she will deliver my package.

14:10 I had to contact her to find out where my package is , she gave me all sorts of excuses and said I must give her 5 mins , which turned into hours.

I had to delay my trip for 2hrs 30mins because of this *********** person. I had called her again to my surprise she had blocked all my calls. It’s almost 4hrs later and I still don’t have my package.

4 hours of travel time wasted waiting for a package.

I’ve lodge a complaint with Superbalist as she refused to provide her supervisor details at the Polokwane depot.

Is this the type of people you employ? Who give zero about customer service? Especially for a delivery and package that has been PAID for.
