Incompetence & False Advertising At Superbalist.com!

I have encountered two dissatisfactory experiences regarding an incorrect item or size being despatched to Me.

On the 24th of May after specifying initially a size 9-12 months for My son's tracksuit pants, a size 12-18 months was delivered. I then logged a return & the exact same size was despatched to Me again :(

On the 29th of July part of My order included a pair of 'gold & black' sunglasses with black ear pieces, I received a pair of plain gold sunglasses with clear ear pieces. I logged a return & an identical was sent to Me again!

This is a case of False Advertising or someone in dispatch is not doing their job!!!
