Impossible to return/exchange item [URL Removed]

I made an online purchase from [URL Removed] Unfortunately the picture on the website and the actual shirt are completely different and I am trying to return the item. When entering the order number of the item in the returns section I get the message that I cannot return the item. When I select the following link: [URL Removed] I get an \error 404 page not found". I tried calling the call center but it just rang and rang with no answer. This is disgusting! How am I supposed to return the item? This is making me very nervous of future online shopping. We do not have the luxury of trying on the items as we would in stores so why is it so impossible to return an item if it does not fit?
