Impossible to return ANYTHING

I've been struggling to get them to collect a returned item bought on Superbalist. The return has been approved but Skyway courier never picks it up. I'm not sure if Skyway was even notified of the collection as this has been going on for two weeks. I wouldn't suggest buying from Superbalist as this is the third time this EXACT same thing happened to me. Superbalist is a **** that sells stuff, but then holds on to your money and invests it *******ly while you call and email for weeks on end.
