I want the unit I was able to secure and paid for not a refund!

Order number-***1 I placed an order and paid for and days later I got an email for refund.when I was busy with the order the unit was showing and available for me to add in my cart and pay for it- transaction went off and order confirmed. Phoned in to find out as to why and explained that I DONT WANT A REFUND BUT THE ITEM, which I still want and demand since I was able to secure. A Mishka S sent me an email and said she will escalate! I phoned in twice and still waiting for a superior to get in touch but nothing- 10% was off for my next purchase with I won't accept I want that unit and willing to await ETA.woke up to a refund!!!!! Last agent was so rude and unruly she does have customer service- worse customer service 3ver. I will continually to wait ,I will wait for your call and you will make this right.Mishka S responded to my email with a K I don't know if she meant ok or what.
