I want the correct item or give me back my money!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Superbalist. I ordered a size 5 shoe and then returned it to exchange for a bigger size (size 6). However, the item I received back was still a size 5. I immediately logged another exchange as soon as I saw that it was still the incorrect size. Despite following the process, the issue has not been properly resolved. My return is being rejected on the basis that the item was not in satisfactory condition. The item was returned in the same condition I received it and was never worn. After escalating the matter and waiting several days without feedback, I am informed that the same item would be sent back to me again. This is not a resolution. It has been over 3 weeks since my initial order, and I am still without the correct item or a refund. This entire process is frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. I am still waiting for my correct item or a refund and would like this matter resolved urgently.
