I want my refund!!!

It's been a month and superbalist has still not refunded my money for an order that they have canceled on 7 October 2022. I've been back and forth with several customer service agents that don't seem to understand math or comprehend straight forward English! No one bothered to call me to explain anything! They've been emailing me the same k*k over and over and keep telling me that they are investing the matter. I was told a week ago on the 3rd November 2022 that I'll be refunded and apparently the funds are "stuck" at paygate and that they are investigating the matter. Eks nou dik! Before I was told that I'll be refunded, they fought with me that i was refunded on the 7th October. However, I was not refunded my full amount and I've shown them proof on my bank statement etc. It's been a roller-coaster with them! Like gimme my money back already!FFS!!!
