I want my oder delivered.

These people are unreliable, i have been a their client for 2 years. Thought they could changed their act but no. I have been waiting foe my order which was scheduled for 24 march and what i get from them is they couldnt reach me even when they clearly have my address. Tried to call their support line 2 days, today i was told that its been cancelled and back to the warehouse even after i insisted to collect it at Fishhoek. She said thats not how it works
