I WANT MY MONEY SUPERBALIST

I ordered sneakers and flips, they only attempt to deliver flips and told me my product that I have already paid for and anticipating is not available, now theres 3-5 working days excluding holidays,Ive never returned Ive always been a good client but now this,Please can I have my money back,why did they cancel COD ,for this????? I paid you guys same time why must I wait this long for my money back?
