I WANT MY MONEY!

I bought a few items from superbalist weeks ago and returned one item. I was told via email that the funds will be paid into my bank account. 3 days later I'm told the funds are in my superbalist wallet!!!! I then sent another email requesting for the funds to be paid into my bank account. On the 21st of March I was requested for my banking details, which I provided and was told 1-4 working days the funds will be in my bank account. Today's the 5th working days and no funds are in my bank account. Even the person who's been responding to my emails, Naveed Saddiq, referred to me as Priyanka!!!! I have deleted their stupid app and will not be using their services anymore!! Very unhappy!!! I want my money!
