I need my money asap

Ordered few items and the delivery was supposed to be yesterday but then i got a call that my parcel would not be delivered and the driver was 10 case away.i was not happy but i was text that today before 5pm.i waited and waited no call,i ended up calling and i was told the item i will get after 3 business day.i then requested for refund and again i was told i will have to wait until they receive the parcel. Which parcel are they referring to as it never got to mu door step.its their duty to liase with delivery company not me.i feel ******
