I JUST WANT MY REFUND

On the 10th of October I ordered Nike Calm Mules which were supposed to be delivered on the 15th. I patiently waited whilst noticing that there are no updates when trying to track my product. Made an enquiry only to find out that my order was cancelled without updating me. I was my first time ordering on Superbalist, I'm so disappointed and I now want my refund but no one is available.
