I haven't got my refund

I place an order with you 15 November, and return some items for exchange on the 24 of November.... Some items were out of stock and they say they will refund the money. I give them all the information the needed for money to be paid into my bank account.... Since today the money hasn't been paid, and the 3/5 days for money to reflect to my bank account has passed.

I am so disappointed.
