I have never had this bad customer service from this company!

<p>Placed an order. Logged a return. One item from the return sent back to me as the return was rejected. Was the item damaged? No. Was the tag attached? yes! Had the item been worn? No. This goes completely against any Consumer rights and I am extremely upset at this. If the item was not eligible for return in the first place, the site should never have allowed me to log the return (returns are logged individually by the way). The email I received after the return was logged should have said something about the item not being eligible for return. This is completely unacceptable. Had the item been underwear or swimwear- 100% understandable that it cant be returned. This item was not!</p>
