I give up

I've had two orders now that have gone to the wrong distribution hub for delivery. My address is clear. The same address is used for all my takealot orders which arrive on time everytime. I've paid twice for expedited delivery and yet I still have to receive the other order. Superbalist claims address issues, yet do not advise on what should be done. Amazon, Takealot, other superbalist orders from people at my office block arrive, yet mine doesnt. I give up. I've logged calls. Yet, I will be without my goods for at least a week like last time. You are really *********** on a whole other level. See ticket *** if you care.
