I don't know what colour light rum is

I bought a Guess bag on Superbalist. The bag on display is brown but a cream/ beige bag was delivered. I returned it to get a the colour that is on the picture and was told they don't exchange colours. I didn't know that to shop at Superbalist you are required to know what colour light rum is. I want to cancel the order. I'm not happy at all
