I didn’t receive my package

The delivery guy phoned me and asked for my address I gave it to him and he said he’s on his way I waited for him for over 30 min he then called me and said he’s outside waiting for me which he wasn’t. I then received a message saying they tried delivering but couldn’t so I phone the delivery guy he was so rude and hung up on me. So I really need some assistance in getting my package.
