I didn’t receive a refund

They didn’t refund me for 3 items. Almost R2000 worth. I called takealot repeatedly with no joy, they said they’d get hold of Superbalist as they took 2 boxes with returns in and were only supposed to take 1 at a time. When Superbalist eventually got back to me, they dismissed my repeated emails with proof that my items were approved to be refunded via the app. I am furious, as I’ve always had great service and now will never order from either company again
