I bought items onlin...

I bought items online..got an sms to fetch them at takealot..went to take a lot when I got there my parcel was not there was told it was taken back and has been canceled that's was on the 31st Aug...I have been chatting with them on FB online and not getting a straight answer as to when I will receive my refund they it's almost 7 days now still nothing...I asked them to call me till todate no ine has done that..I found a same dress that canceled at a reasonable price on Zando what to buy it before it runs out of stock..how will I do that if the don't refund me
