Huge **** awful service

Horrible delivery service – Paid for weekend delivery and got nothing I paid extra for weekend delivery on order #*** expecting it to arrive on the promised day. Instead I waited 3 full days with zero delivery. They told me it was coming "today", and by 18:30 it still hadn't arrived. No call, no update, no accountability. I specifically paid the R35 premium for weekend delivery because I needed the items urgently. Superbalist took my money for a service they completely failed to provide. Customer service has been useless – no proper response, no urgency, and no refund of the delivery fee I paid for a service that never happened. This is the last time I order from Superbalist. Paying extra for "next day / weekend" delivery is a complete **** if they can't even honour it. Avoid if you need anything on time.
